Boilers are widely used in various industries, related to our food, clothing, housing, and transportation. Pressure gas boilers, as high-temperature and high-pressure thermal energy equipment, are a type of widely used special equipment. If not used carefully and with operational errors, it can easily cause equipment damage and serious consequences. Many users have questions about how to properly operate pressure gas boilers; Zhongjie Special Installation provides you with the answers.

1. Boiler must not be over-pressurized

Since the acceptable pressure of a pressure gas boiler is determined in advance through accurate calculations, the boiler's pressure cannot exceed a certain range arbitrarily. Due to the differences in steel thickness and inspection requirements for different pressure boilers, exceeding the pressure limit can lead to serious consequences if rules are not strictly followed.

2. Strictly adhere to boiler operation standards

According to the pressure, gas boilers can be divided into high-pressure boilers and pressure boilers, with some differences between them. The difference is that the manufacturing quality and testing methods of atmospheric pressure boilers are not applicable to pressure boilers, which are directly connected to the atmosphere and always at zero pressure. Therefore, a pressure gas boiler cannot be changed into an atmospheric pressure boiler; otherwise, it will lead to serious consequences.

3. Boiler safety accessories are essential

Pressure gas boilers are not only equipped with safety accessories such as water level gauges, pressure gauges, and safety valves but also have water level alarms and overpressure alarms. These accessories and equipment are how the pressure boiler "communicates" with people; therefore, the safety accessories of a gas boiler are indispensable. These safety accessories can be used to understand the boiler's "temperament." Operators can accurately judge the abnormal conditions of the equipment in a timely manner, ensuring the normal operation of the gas boiler and avoiding serious consequences such as explosions. Regularly clean the water level gauge daily to prevent blockage and check the pressure gauge and safety valve on time, performing air release tests.
