The IDS480K1K is a split high-power charging system designed for high-power charging stations. The system uses one power cabinet with four dual-gun charging terminals for a total of eight output channels. The power cabinet has a rated power of 480 kW and incorporates an isolated air duct potting charging module for high reliability. The charging terminals can be optionally equipped with conventional 250A output charging terminals or liquid-cooled 500A charging terminals. The conventional terminal has a maximum single-gun output of 180 kW, and the liquid-cooled terminal has a maximum single-gun output of 480 kW. The terminals use a ColRingm method for intelligent power allocation, improving the utilization rate of charging spaces and power at the charging station. The system uses a high-protection design with IP54 (power cabinet) and IP55 (charging terminal) ratings, suitable for various application scenarios.
